Role Description

The Area Manager – Micro Banking will oversee micro-banking operations within the assigned region to drive financial inclusion and business growth. Responsibilities include managing and monitoring financial services for unserved and underserved communities, building and leading a high-performing team, ensuring operational compliance, and achieving business targets. The role will involve analyzing financial data, implementing strategic plans, maintaining customer satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of Finance and Financial Services to facilitate the development of banking strategies and offerings.
  • Experience in Accounting and Auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and protocols.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills to build, guide, and support high-performing teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and manage customer relationships.
  • Relevant work experience in banking or microfinance is preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
