Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Area Sales Manager - Home Loans, based in Rajkot. The role involves overseeing a team of sales associates, driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing and achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery. The candidate will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, monitoring market trends, and creating strategies to maximize leads and conversions. Collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless loan processing and maintaining compliance with company policies and guidelines will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, with experience in managing sales teams and meeting targets effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and Communication skills, along with the ability to build and sustain client relationships
  • Market Analysis and Strategic Planning capabilities to identify business opportunities and trends
  • Customer Service orientation, showcasing excellent problem-solving and client engagement skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in financial services or lending, particularly in the home loans sector, is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent qualification would be an advantage
  • Proficient understanding of regulatory and compliance aspects related to the financial services industry
