About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to support our organization on a contractual basis for 6 months. The consultant will play a key role in setting up and streamlining core HR processes, policies, and systems to strengthen our people management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employee onboarding and records management, ensuring smooth induction and accurate documentation.
  • Develop and implement an HR policy framework aligned with organizational needs and compliance requirements.
  • Provide payroll and compliance support, ensuring timely processing and statutory adherence.
  • Lead HRMS tool integration and basic reporting, enabling efficient HR operations and data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with management to provide strategic HR support and operational guidance during the engagement period.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an HR Consultant, HR Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and payroll management.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and deliver results within stipulated timelines
