Job Title: Strategic HR Partner
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Partner to join our team. As a key member of the Human Resources Department, you will play a critical role in executing strategies that drive business success.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to lead the development and implementation of HR initiatives that support our organizational goals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates
- Provide guidance and support to employees on benefits, policies, and procedures
- Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and improve business outcomes
- Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement training programs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data and HR metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Ensure open positions are advertised in appropriate venues to attract a diverse candidate pool
- Work with Employment Administrator to establish and maintain contact with external recruitment sources
- Negotiate job offers in accordance with SOPs
- Counsel department managers on progressive discipline processes
- Implement and maintain staff development activities such as goal setting and progress tracking
Requirements include but not limited to:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area
- Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area
