About the Role:
To design, execute, and continuously improve Affinity Global's early life experience for new hires—from the moment an offer is accepted through the first 90 days of employment—ensuring smooth onboarding, strong cultural integration, and reduced early attrition.
Responsibility:
Pre-Onboarding Experience:
- Manage soft handovers from Talent Acquisition for all offer-accepted candidates.
- Execute structured pre-joining communication journeys, including emails, calls, and engagement nudges.
- Coordinate welcome kits, buddy assignments, and readiness checklists in partnership with HR Ops & Admin.
- Maintain an offer-to-join risk dashboard and escalate potential drop-off signals to Manager–Employee Experience.
Onboarding & Induction:
- Deliver and manage Day 0 onboarding sessions, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience.
- Partner with HR Ops for documentation, ID cards, system access, and workstation readiness.
- Present and update the induction deck and manage onboarding feedback loops.
- Track and address immediate post-joining friction points through collaboration with stakeholders.
First 90-Day Engagement:
- Run and analyze 30/60/90 day surveys; present insights with action recommendations.
- Coordinate early-life check-ins between managers, HRBPs, and new hires.
- Ensure seamless handover of employees to HRBPs post-confirmation.
Success Matrix:
- Offer-to-Join Ratio > 90%
- 90-Day Attrition Rate
- Onboarding Satisfaction Score (Survey-based)
- 30/60/90 Day Survey Completion & Action Closure Rate
