Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Associate based in Mumbai. The associate will manage day-to-day HR operations, assist with HR management responsibilities, and handle staff training and development initiatives. Tasks will also include conducting onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining compliance with company policies, and facilitating effective communication across departments.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in HR Management, HR Operations, and general Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Experience in Training & Development to support employee growth and skills enhancement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing interactions across diverse teams
  • Organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the hospitality or F&B industry is a plus
  • Proficiency with HR software and knowledge of labor laws is advantageous
