Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales professional located in Mumbai. The Technical Sales professional will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding and addressing client needs, and providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support. Additionally, the role will include giving presentations, demonstrating products, and managing the sales process from start to finish to achieve sales targets.

  • 2-6 yrs Experience in sales, client relationship management, and customer service
  • Technical knowledge in thermal management and airflow solutions, particularly for data centers and IT markets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and analyze technical specifications and requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT/technical solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution discussions with prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, delivery, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in a customer-friendly way.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Basic knowledge of IT solutions (software, hardware, networking, or cloud) is an added advantage.
  • Strong aptitude and learning attitude will be considered.
