HR Management
• Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit)
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, Compliances, and organizational standards.
• Partner with HR HQ Team to support Career Progression Processes and timely completion
• Conduct regular Employee Connects, Employee pulse surveys etc.
• Support with Health Care benefits
• Reinforcing the organizational changes received by HQ team at Zonal locations
• Zonal Monthly Dashboards
• Monthly closure of Time Management process for entire Zone
• Maintain HR data, employee records, and various HR reports
Talent Acquisition
• Manage recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking and creating Talent pool
• Partner with HQ Team to fill vacancies, adhere to timelines with reduction in TAT
• Employee Induction & Policy explanation
Talent Engagement
• Implementing Smart culture calendar and employee experience activities at each zone and report sharing with HQ
• Drive Smart Culture employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and recognition programs.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and enhance employee experience
• Support learning & development activities driven by HQ to enhance employee skills and retention.
General Administration
• Vehicle Management

• Facility Management
• Expat Management
• Admin Operations dashboard creation and monthly reporting to HQ
