We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager/Deputy Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. With a focus on industrial equipment and tools manufacturing, we're looking for an individual with 6-10 years of experience in Lubricants, Industrial Tools, Aerospace Spare Parts, Welding, Power Tools, or Safety Equipment industries. If you are passionate about driving business growth, fostering relationships, and navigating the industrial market landscape, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify & develop new business opportunities in the industrial tools and equipment sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business expansion and revenue.
  • Lead negotiations, contracts, and agreements to achieve win-win solutions for clients and the company.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitor landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development.
  • Strong expertise in Industrial Tools, Lubricants, Aerospace Spare Parts, Welding, Power Tools, or Safety Equipment.
  • Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and drive business growth in competitive markets.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and business opportunities.
