Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HR services domain (Recruitment, Staffing, Payroll, HR Consulting).
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and business outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their HR needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Pitch Remark HR services to prospective clients and close business deals.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to client acquisition and retention.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Track market trends, competitors, and industry insights to develop effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / HR / Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of proven experience in B2B sales / business development, preferably in HR, Recruitment, or Staffing services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver customized solutions.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead generation platforms.
