About the Role

technology services, SaaS-based solutions, and digital platforms
for U.S. clients across multiple industries. We are looking for a
Business Development Executive (BDE)
who can take direction from senior management and
translate vision into reality
by driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and expanding market presence.

This role requires a
smart, proactive, and adaptable professional
who can represent different business lines — from IT services and SaaS solutions to specialized technology platforms — with confidence and credibility in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and convert
    new business opportunities
    in the U.S. market.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Present a wide portfolio of
    technology solutions and SaaS products
    tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare persuasive
    business proposals, presentations, and contracts
    .
  • Conduct professional
    product or solution demos
    where required.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to execute business strategies and achieve targets.
  • Continuously track market trends and competitor activities to align with growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Education
    : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication (MBA preferred).
  • Experience
    : 3–7 years of proven experience in
    IT services and SaaS/technology sales
    .
  • Excellent
    English communication and presentation skills
    (written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with senior-level decision makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to
    generate leads, convert prospects, and close deals
    .
  • Smart, resourceful, and able to
    take direction from leadership and execute independently
    .
  • Professional, confident, and motivated by growth and results.
