Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Indore. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and facilitating effective communication with potential and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, developing business strategies, and building strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working on
Upwork & Freelancer
(must-have). - 1–3 years of experience in IT sales/business development.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English.
- Ability to write persuasive proposals and handle client calls.
- Knowledge of IT services like
Web Development, Mobile Apps, UI/UX, Shopify, WordPress, etc. - Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
