We are looking for 3 to 6 years of experience resilient, empathic business development executive to
contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives are responsible for
finding and retaining clients and ensuring the continued success of an organization by managing the
business development process. In addition to collaborating with other corporate leaders and
managers, their responsibilities include meeting with prospective business partners, tending to
current clientele, and keeping tabs on industry trends in order to identify opportunities for new
business development.
Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
● Maintaining good public relations and creating great bonding with clients.
● Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing
department.
● Creating a professional impression of the organization in the market.
● Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
● Developing new marketing strategies.
● Crafting business proposals and contracts to pitching new clients.
● Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
● Innovative techniques for targeting the targeted customers.
● Reviewing clients feedback and implementing necessary changes.
● Generate profitable leads and high-profile client management.
● Create branding of the organization in the market and also maintain trustworthy relations with clients
