Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Business Development Specialist role based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and generating leads, performing market research to uncover opportunities, and building and maintaining relationships with clients to drive business growth. The specialist will collaborate with teams to develop strategic business proposals and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying market trends and contributing to the company's expansion efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in analytical skills to assess market trends, interpret data, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in lead generation and conducting market research to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Customer service skills to manage client accounts, resolve inquiries, and maintain satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a business development or sales role is an advantage.
