Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Gurugram. The specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with potential clients, identifying opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting client onboarding processes. Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets and contribute to the overall success of Hike Education.

  • Proficiency in lead generation and market research techniques

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure to meet targets
  • Knowledge of the education or EdTech sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
