Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Officer located in Kozhikode. The HR Officer will manage various human resources functions, including policy development, recruitment, and employee relations. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining job descriptions, implementing HR policies, enhancing workforce relations, and supporting efficient daily HR operations. The role demands a proactive approach to fostering a positive and collaborative workplace environment.

  • Proficiency in Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Strong skills in Job Description Development and role structuring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality
  • Relevant experience in the construction or manufacturing sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
