We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive
HR Trainee
to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions, helping you build a strong foundation in employee management, documentation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
  • Maintain and manage employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support recruitment processes including screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction formalities for new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and assist in payroll support activities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools.
