Role Overview

The Management Trainee program is designed to provide hands-on exposure and a 360° understanding of the organization's key functions. This role offers structured learning opportunities across departments such as Front Office, Administration, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, and General Management.

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual who is eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to enhancing organizational efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front Office Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage reception operations, handle calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment.

2. Administrative Support

  • Assist in coordinating office operations, facilities, and resource management.
  • Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping for multiple departments.
  • Support management with scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and event planning.

3. Human Resources

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding, induction, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain HR records and assist with payroll and compliance documentation.

4. Sales & Business Development

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand product offerings and assist in client acquisition activities.
  • Participate in lead generation, client communication, and follow-ups.
  • Contribute to sales reporting, data analysis, and market research to support business strategies.

5. Marketing & Branding

  • Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline).
  • Contribute to content creation, social media management, and brand promotion initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing student engagement events and community outreach programs.

6. General Management Exposure

  • Undergo rotational assignments across departments for holistic business understanding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify challenges, suggest improvements, and streamline processes.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical summaries to support senior management in decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Quick learner with the ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital business tools.
  • Enthusiastic, self-driven, and committed to professional growth.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹9,650.00 per month
