Role Overview:

We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic
Social Media Trainee
to join our marketing team. You'll help manage and grow Nucore's digital presence by creating engaging content, driving community engagement, and showcasing our culture and innovations to the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms.
  • Create engaging visual, written, and video content to support brand communication.
  • Write impactful captions, blogs, and marketing copy for campaigns.
  • Promote company culture, events, and product stories through social media.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement social strategies.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or vendors for campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Passion for storytelling and digital trends.
