Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Generalist at our Calicut location. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for payroll, and ESI-related processes. Day-to-day tasks also include overseeing HR management, attendance and leave management, coordinating employee engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with statutory and company HR policies. The goal is to support a productive, efficient, and harmonious workplace by implementing effective HR strategies and fostering positive employee relations.

Qualifications

  • Experience and proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR management and payroll processing
  • Knowledge of ESI, PF and other statutory compliance requirements
  • Attendance and leave management
  • Experience in planning and executing Employee engagement activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
