Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Senior Executive Human Resources. The professional in this role will oversee various HR functions, including managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and addressing employee relations. Responsibilities include maintaining a positive workplace culture, streamlining HR processes, and collaborating with department heads to align HR strategy with business objectives. The Senior Executive will also play a key role in talent management, employee engagement initiatives, and driving organizational growth through effective human capital management.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and HR Operations
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and the ability to foster a positive workplace environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or certification in HR is an advantage)
  • Experience working in multi-location organizations and familiarity with the rural or semi-urban business context is a plus
