Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Kozhikode. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR management and operations, ensuring the smooth implementation of HR policies. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining employee relations, organizing HR activities, supporting compliance with organizational policies, and aiding in staffing and employee engagement initiatives. The role entails collaboration with teams to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in HR Management and overseeing HR Operations
  • Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
  • Broad understanding of core Human Resources (HR) processes and functions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in HR roles is advantageous
  • Admin Role also can be Handled
