Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources Executive to lead our HR initiatives and drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in human capital management, employment law, and workforce planning. This role offers an opportunity to influence company culture, enhance employee engagement, and implement innovative HR strategies across various departments. The Human Resources Executive will serve as a key partner to senior leadership, ensuring compliance with legal standards and fostering a positive work environment.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Oversee employee relations, employee evaluation processes, and performance management systems to promote a high-performance culture.
- Manage benefits administration, payroll systems (such as Workday, ADP, Paychex), and HRIS platforms (like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead compliance efforts related to FMLA, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation, and employment & labor law to mitigate legal risks.
- Implement change management initiatives and support workforce management through tools like Kronos, UltiPro, Dayforce, and Taleo.
- Coordinate employee orientation programs, training & development sessions, and social media management for employer branding.
- Conduct staffing activities utilizing ATS systems such as iCIMS or Lever; source candidates through various channels including social media platforms.
- Facilitate conflict management and employee relations strategies to maintain a harmonious workplace environment.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics through data collection and data entry processes for strategic planning purposes.
- Collaborate on affirmative action planning, diversity initiatives, and compliance audits to support organizational inclusivity.
Experience
- Proven track record in human resources management with at least 7 years of progressive experience in senior HR roles.
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and HR compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or equivalent systems like PeopleSoft or Ceridian.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously using tools like Salesforce or iCIMS for recruiting workflows.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee onboarding & orientation, performance management systems, and training & development programs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with administrative functions including data collection, data entry accuracy, contracts management, and social media engagement related to employer branding. This position is integral to shaping our company's human resources landscape by implementing best practices that support our strategic objectives while fostering an engaging work environment for all employees.
