Role Description

Location: Calicut

Designation: Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. New Joiner Onboarding:

  2. Manage onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation prior to joining and welcome mails.

  3. Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and coordination.

  4. Employee Relations:

  5. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

  6. Assist in addressing employee relations issues and provide support in resolving conflicts.

  7. Promote a positive work environment and culture aligned with company values.

  8. HR Administration:

  9. Manage and update HR policies and procedures as needed.

  10. Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  11. Coordinate HR-related training sessions and workshops.

  12. Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives.

  13. Employee Engagement:

  14. Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events.

  15. Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.

  16. HR Documentation and File Management

  17. Ensure 100% completion of employee files and records

  18. Data Management and Analysis

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR or a related role.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR function (recruitment, employee relations, performance management, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
