We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join our team at The Leela Ambience in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in cooking and excellent culinary skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the head chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Develop and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in menu development and research new recipes and ingredients.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented on time, meeting customer expectations.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen setup.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, and basic knowledge of food safety protocols.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
