We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott, responsible for preparing high-quality Indian Curry and Tandoor dishes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
Roles and Responsibility
- Prepare and cook Indian Curry and Tandoor dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to achieve culinary excellence.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including Curry and Tandoor cooking techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to maintain high levels of quality and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, and the ability to use them safely and efficiently.
- A passion for cooking and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
