Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train & manage insurance agents/advisors
- Drive sales through the agency channel
- Motivate team to achieve sales targets
- Conduct regular meetings & performance reviews

- Graduate (any discipline)
- Experience in sales/marketing (preferably insurance)
- Good communication & leadership skills
