Plan and implement multiple marketing initiatives across various platforms.
- Develop and maintain sales, and marketing plans within the territory of neighbour states and entire Odisha.
- Sells products by establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospect clients.
- Identifies challenges or obstacles in the sales process and develops creative solutions to overcome them, ensuring successful deal closures.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product development, and customer service to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities.
- Builds and maintains relationships with clients, understands their needs, and addresses concerns effectively.
- Flexibility to adjust sales strategies and approaches based on client feedback, market trends, and changing business environments.
- Effective prioritization and organization of tasks to maximize productivity and meet sales targets within deadlines.
- Thorough understanding of the products or services being sold, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

**Education and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in advertising sales or business administration preferred.
- One to three years on sales & marketing experience.
- Sound judgment and good business sense.
- Good communication, problem-solving & analytical skill.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
