We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Area Sales Officer to join our sales team and contribute to our growth in northern region.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders, driving product visibility, and ensuring the availability of Ruchak snacks in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors within your area. Monitor their performance, support them in achieving sales targets, and ensure timely product deliveries.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and customers, expanding the company’s market reach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using the CRM system.
- Work closely with the marketing and distribution teams to plan and execute promotional activities, ensuring high product visibility and customer engagement.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Provide feedback to the management team for product development and improvement.
