Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Officer located in Baleshwar. The Junior Officer will be responsible for assisting with daily operations, maintaining records, coordinating with various departments, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring seamless communication. The role also involves preparing reports, supporting process improvements, and participating in team meetings. The Junior Officer will play an essential role in executing company policies and contributing to the overall efficiency of the operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and presentations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or diploma
  • Experience in the cement or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Good computer skills, especially in MS Office
