Business Development Executive

We are an ERP-based IT company looking for dynamic, self-driven, and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and create business opportunities.
- Explain company ERP products and solutions clearly to prospects.
- Schedule and deliver online product demos to showcase ERP features and benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest the right ERP modules.
- Maintain follow-ups with leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals confidently.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation and product support.
- Maintain records of interactions, sales activities, and pipelines through CRM tools.
- Represent the company professionally in client meetings and presentations.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 fixed + Incentives
- Incentives: Unlimited – High earning potential based on performance
