What you'll do:

  • Conduct outbound telecalling activities towards targeted accounts, prospect lists, and other call campaigns.
  • Generate and qualify leads through inbound inquiries, outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Uncover customer pain points and position Intelligere as the best solution.
  • Deliver compelling sales demos that highlight Intelligere's unique capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM and ensure clean database hygiene.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key requirements:

  • Go-getter
  • Languages to know: English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada & Marathi
  • Open to working 6 days a week, with Sunday off.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an SDR, lead generation, or inside sales role
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal, written, and active listening)
  • Driven by curiosity and passion.
  • High motivation to build a career in tech sales with a problem-solving mindset.
