You will play a vital role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, engaging with prospects, and assisting in the sales process.

Responsibilities:

● 1-2 years in outbound focused sales position desired; customer-oriented background required (sales, support, customer service) in B2B preferably

● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● The ability to generate leads independently.

● Willingness to learn and apply the fundamentals of the MEDDIC Sales process approach

● Great to have Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and/or Computer Vision

● Knowledge of the AI industry and emerging technologies

Requirements and skills:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers via AI-assisted calls, WhatsApp automation, and CRM follow-ups.
  • Operate, train, and fine-tune the Agentic Voice AI system to ensure high accuracy, natural tone, and contextual engagement with leads.
  • Follow up with interested prospects, answer preliminary questions, and build trust through timely and personalised communication.
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to schedule demos, share feedback from conversations, and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain up-to-date lead data, call notes, and conversion insights on platforms such as NurtureCX or HubSpot.
  • Ensure the AI-driven outreach maintains a steady pipeline of qualified leads, improving consistency and scalability of sales efforts.
  • Monitor AI call analytics, identify improvement areas, and collaborate with the technical team to enhance voice agent performance.
