Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise restaurant operations and staff performance.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and service.
- Handle guest relations and resolve complaints.
- Manage inventory, cost control, and vendor relations.
- Train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional hospitality.
Employer Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel/Restaurant Management.
- 2–4 years' experience in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to manage budgets and operational costs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
