Job Summary
:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead

client acquisition and revenue growth in the staffing and recruitment sector. The ideal

candidate will have a proven track record of building relationships, securing new business,

and expanding market presence within the HR services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with companies in need of

staffing solutions (IT/Non-IT/Contractual/Permanent hiring).

 Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and other strategic

channels.

 Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs

and workforce challenges.

 Present staffing services and solutions to HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leads, and

Procurement teams.

 Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of

candidates.

 Prepare business proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.

 Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and client acquisition

targets.

 Track industry trends, market insights, and competitor activity to optimize strategies.

 Maintain data in CRM or tracking tools and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Requirements
:

 Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.

 3+ years of business development or client acquisition experience in the

staffing/recruitment industry.

 Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, workforce solutions, and staffing

models (contract/temp/permanent).

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.

 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

 Existing client network in industries like IT, BFSI, Healthcare, or Manufacturing.

 Experience working with RPO, MSP, or VMS models.

 Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
