Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Senior Business Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing business operations, developing strategies to drive business growth, and ensuring operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include leading and mentoring a team, analyzing business performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing effective business strategies. The Senior Business Manager will also be involved in client relationship management, project management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Proficiency in industry regulations and company policy compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and operational efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; an MBA is a plus
