Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Data, BI & AI

Location:
Bangalore (Hybrid – must attend office)

Salary:
Up to ₹30 LPA

Notice Period:
Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently
    lead and deliver multiple analytics projects
    end-to-end (data, BI, AI).
  • Act as the
    bridge between business and data science teams
    , translating requirements effectively.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and ensure
    on-time, on-budget delivery
    .
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet project milestones and manage dependencies.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder review meetings and
    own all communication channels
    .
  • Partner with business and analytics leads to drive
    adoption of deployed analytics solutions
    .
  • Track and report
    business impact/value realization
    of analytics initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers
    in delivery excellence.
  • Develop and manage
    detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations
    .
  • Prepare and deliver
    executive-level presentations
    and updates.
  • Proactively manage
    risks, issues, and interdependencies
    .
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive
    continuous improvement
    in PM processes and collaboration frameworks.
  • Ensure alignment with overall
    business goals and quality standards
    .

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience
    in Project/Program Management.
  • Proven track record of
    leading BI and AI programs independently
    .
  • Excellent
    communication and presentation skills
    – capable of presenting to senior leadership.
  • Expertise in
    PowerPoint
    and building professional-quality presentations.
  • Strong
    budgeting, stakeholder management
    , and
    cross-functional collaboration
    skills.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Agile/Scrum methodologies
    and tools like
    Jira, Asana, or MS Project
    .
  • Experience managing
    globally distributed teams
    .
  • Strong
    problem-solving and detail-oriented execution
    ability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications:
    PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile-Scrum
    .
  • Technical exposure to
    AWS, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, and AI/ML technologies
    .
  • Familiarity with
    data visualization and analytics tools
    – R, Tableau, Power BI, Python.
