Role Description

This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Director of IT Staffing. The Director of IT Staffing will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process of IT professionals, developing and implementing staffing strategies, managing client relationships, mentoring and training junior staff, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates. The Director will also work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT recruitment and staffing
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement staffing strategies
  • Leadership and mentoring skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the executive search industry is a plus
