Business Development Executive

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Associate for our B2B company. The sales associates' duties and responsibilities include working closely with clients to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and market trends. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, while focusing on client retention.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain consistent contact with new and existing clients.
- Gauge and manage sales pipeline to target prospective clients.
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers
- Team up with co-workers to ensure client satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking to hire a smart, well-spoken, proficient person, who can work in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate should have an experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident enough to build new client relationships and maintain existing ones. They should have evidence of strong communication, management skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales associate or similar role
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with client relationship focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
- Cosmetic industry experience is must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
