Job Summary:

We are looking for a
Commercial Executive
with strong hands-on experience in
commercial office space projects
, including fit-outs, interiors, and vendor coordination. The candidate should be capable of managing procurement, cost control, and client billing processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all commercial and contractual aspects of
    office space fit-out projects
    .
  • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and work orders for subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Handle vendor negotiations, rate analysis, and procurement of materials.
  • Coordinate with design, project execution, and accounts teams for budget alignment.
  • Maintain project-wise cost tracking, billing summaries, and documentation.
  • Manage client invoicing, vendor bills, and ensure timely approvals.
  • Support project managers in financial planning and cost optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in
    commercial office space or interior contracting projects
    .
  • Strong commercial and cost management knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, project documentation, and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in
    corporate interior or commercial fit-out projects
    .
  • Knowledge of
    BOQ preparation, tendering, and billing processes
    .
