Hiring Commercial Sales Manager
Tesor Designs is Hiring Commercial Interior Sales Manager.
Tesor Designs is an interior design and decor firm headquartered in Bangalore, providing end-to-end interior design solutions through our state-of-the-art experience centre's in HSR & HRBR Layout.
The primary responsibility is to bring new customers into our fold & maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to drive growth by bringing in customers and developing business for us month-on-month.
If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our interior design services, we'd like to meet you.
Candidates with Interior design, Real estate &
HNI financial sales industries will be given preference.
Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of BD or sales experience (preferably
in luxury sector, interior design or HNI financial sales)
• Strong work ethic, communication & negotiation
skills, with an ability to close deals
• Proven track record of meeting monthly & branch
sales targets, with strong sense of ownership
• Ability to maintain exceptional client relations
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
(designers and project managers)
• Planning and forecasting pipeline to closures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
