Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic, high-energy, and results-driven Regional Sales Managers to spearhead our sales growth in the North and South regions of India. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic accounts, and managing high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity sales, with the ability to close large, complex deals and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive new business acquisition across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue large, complex deal opportunities in technology, SaaS, and security domains.

2. Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Grow and manage strategic accounts to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning solutions to business needs.

3. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor regional sales teams to consistently achieve performance goals.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

4. Market Intelligence & Collaboration

  • Stay updated on cloud, cybersecurity, AI, and Microsoft Security Products trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver value-driven proposals.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, maintain CRM hygiene, and track performance metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

  • 10–15 years of proven track record in IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity sales.
  • Strong experience in driving new business and managing strategic accounts.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Security Products is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to selling cloud, cybersecurity, or AI-driven solutions is a strong plus.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to close high-value deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
