Our Client

We are proud to be working with SBI (State Bank of India), one of India's largest and most trusted banking institutions. Through our partnership, we handle inbound and outbound telecalling operations, serving a wide range of SBI customers across various product lines — including retail banking, loans, credit cards, and customer service.

What We Do (for SBI)

  • Manage customer outreach, including account activations, service satisfaction calls, and customer feedback.
  • Conduct lead generation and follow-up for SBI's financial products such as personal loans, credit cards, and fixed deposits.
  • Assist in customer support, helping SBI clients with queries related to banking transactions, account information, and product features.
  • Provide tele-retention services, engaging with existing customers to retain or upgrade their accounts / products.
  • Ensure compliance and data security: we strictly follow SBI's data-protection protocols and regulatory standards to maintain the trust and confidentiality of all customer interactions.
