About Us:

Urban is a growing brand specializing in mobile accessories, including power banks, chargers, cables, and other essential tech products. We focus on B2B sales, supplying to distributors, wholesalers, and resellers — not direct retail customers.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in outbound calling, lead conversion, and customer relationship management, with a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound sales calls to potential clients and existing leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors and bulk buyers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with management for pricing, stock availability, and dispatches.
  • Represent the Urban brand professionally and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in mobile accessories, electronics, or B2B).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with outbound calling and handling bulk sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
