Company Description

MOT SHIPPING provides comprehensive logistics services including sea freight (import/export/cross trade, project cargo, oil & gas equipment, break bulk, RORO), air freight (import/export/cross trade), local transportation, courier door-to-door, customs clearance and delivery. We also offer 3PL & 4PL solutions for warehousing and distribution, as well as insurance and door-to-door services for both personal effects and commercial cargo.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Chennai. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating contracts, preparing sales presentations, and coordinating with the logistics and operations teams to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications

  • Sales strategy development and implementation skills
  • Experience in identifying new business opportunities and expanding market reach
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in preparing sales presentations and reports
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
  • Experience in the shipping or logistics industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
