Job Title: Senior Sales / Sales Executive – Plastic Division

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the plastic division, aligning with the company's overall objectives and market trends. Selling & Marketing of various Resin & Film

  2. Co-Work with Toray Group all over the world, especially Japan and Malaysia, China, Thailand, Taiwan, etc.

    1. Developing new markets for Home appliances, automobiles, food packages, etc.
    1. Cultivating market in India and outside India.
  3. Client Relationship and Management

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out and developing new business opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

  1. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to sales activities. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and correspondence with clients.

  2. Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential clients, new markets, and emerging opportunities.

  3. Product Promotion and Sales: Effectively promote our plastic products to potential clients through various channels, including direct sales, presentations, and participation in industry events and trade shows. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure sales.

  4. Reporting and Analysis:

Generate monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, Minutes of Meetings (MOM), and budget sheets. Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making processes.

MIS Preparation and Order Management: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports for customer data, including regular follow-ups for both repeated and new orders. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order statuses to facilitate efficient order management.

  1. Logistics and Delivery Management: Oversee the logistics and delivery process to ensure timely consignment deliveries, with accurate materials as specified in the Performa invoice. Coordinate closely with logistics partners and internal teams to mitigate any potential delays.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science - Polymers, B.Tech – Plastics Division
  • Enhancing Your Presentation Skills elevates your professional value.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the plastic industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of plastic products, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and SAP Software
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is mandatory.
