About the Role

We are looking for a highly-driven
Head of Marketing & Customer Growth

who can scale Manova's customer base across households and businesses. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who wants to build and execute growth strategies from the ground up and directly influence revenue and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end customer acquisition for household and business segments.
  • Design and implement marketing & demand generation strategies to grow brand awareness.
  • Strategically plan and execute campaigns (online + offline) for consistent customer inflow.
  • Meet business owners and households to explain service offerings and close deals.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a marketing and field acquisition team.
  • Track growth metrics and work closely with founders to achieve monthly & quarterly targets.
  • Identify partnerships, channel collaborations, and new customer segments.
  • Plan and execute Google/Facebook ad campaigns to increase qualified leads for customers as well as caretakers.
  • Strengthen brand credibility by managing social media channels, publishing engaging content, and maintaining consistent online presence.
