We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and
driving revenue growth. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer attractive incentives to reward high performance.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling,
email outreach, and social selling.
• Qualify leads to determine their potential fit for our products/services.
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations for qualified leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for lead generation and
conversion.
• Track and report on sales pipeline metrics, including lead conversion rates and revenue
generated.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
