About the Role
We're looking for a
dynamic, self-driven Business Development Representative (BDR)
to work directly with the
Founder's Office
. This role is ideal for
Engineers or Tech Enthusiasts
with strong communication skills who are ready to hustle, learn fast, and make a real impact at a high-growth travel startup.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth
 research
 on markets, customers, and potential B2B/B2C clients
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads using multiple outreach strategies (emails, calls, social media, etc.)
- Understand business model, product offerings, and customer needs
- Present, pitch, and
 explain our tech-driven travel solutions
 to potential partners and clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business and tech understanding
- Drive
 early-stage sales
 , schedule meetings, and contribute to converting leads into clients
- Maintain CRM tools and track outreach & sales metrics
- Be an ambassador of
 growth mindset, agility, and ownership
Who You Are
- A recent graduate in
 Engineering
 , or a
 tech-savvy hustler
 passionate about Travel & Technology
- 0–1 year of work experience (Internships or freelance projects count too)
- A
 go-getter with a sales mindset
 – you love talking to people, identifying opportunities, and closing deals
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Analytical and structured thinker with curiosity to understand business and customer problems
- Comfortable in
 fast-paced startup environments
- Bonus: Exposure to CRM tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), sales tools, or marketing automation
