Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and driven
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our sales team. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building a strong sales pipeline, and supporting the sales team in closing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in target markets.
- Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with prospects.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
- Maintain CRM with accurate lead and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in sales/business development (freshers welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and lead generation abilities.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Prior experience in SaaS/Fintech/Travel Tech sales is a plus.
